...said #ToyLikeMe in a morose Eyor-ish voice which was weary and a little flat. Our crowd fund closes in six days. We spent ages in a flurry of Tigger-ish energy putting together a grant application asking for a big pot of bread and honey to help keep our pet project alive and create a website home (a little cyber hutch) for it to grow bigger and stronger. Today we received a letter that said, (sniffle, snuffle) NO. Now we are wandering around in circles, limp tails trailing behind, wondering if there really is a way out of this fundraising forest. How can we actually raise our total? We reached for the high branches where we can see ripe golden fruits gleaming, but now we are back to foraging for fallen acorns on the floor. Our crowd fund closes in 6 days. We've raised 42% of our total because of the commitment and generosity of 380 people. We are so very grateful. But today we've had a knock back, we are feeling a little bruised. Chin, chin nothing a good night's sleep and your help can't sort. Boing! Boing! Click here to help get our tails wagging again, get the tiger bouncing and join our crowd fund. http://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/toylikeme-celebrating-disability-in-toys/ 150 million kids with disabilities, and some weary Eyor-esque mums who started a "toy box revolution" need a little help from their friends.
