This petition has been set in order to protest the appalling behaviour of Playdom to its customers and players in the wake of the unexpected shut down of Sorority Life.

On January 8th 2014, Playdom announced that after 5 years, they would be shutting down Sorority Life despite telling their customers that the "extended maintenance" would be due to "upgrades". This is incredibly misleading and disgusting on the part of Playdom. Although they have offered to refund up to 30 days worth of credits, many users have forked 1000's into a game that they can no longer play. This act has been similar in the case of many other Playdom games.

We the undersigned demand a REAL explanation and apology as to why Sorority Life was shut down. This has been a kick in the teeth for many of its loyal players; the phrase: "It was a really hard decision" is not a sufficient explaination. We plan to boycott other Playdom games until our demands have been met.
