- 1,200 New car congestion on Snow Hill Road
- Schools at capacity in Ooltewah
- Safety issues with location on Snow Hill, multiple fatalities and injuries
- GIANT Unresolved Sewage Issue!

 If allowed, this development will prove to be nothing but problems for the Ooltewah area and an eyesore at that. 

Plan to attend zoning meeting to kill this change and stop reckless maximum density housing in Ooltewah.
