"Reclaim Our Roads" Walk - Sat 9 Jan at 2pm

"Reclaim Our Roads" walk on Sat 9 Jan at 2pm. Date for our walk (or scooters/bikes for the kids) starting from the roundabout at the 2 Watermills pub, walking down Monks Lane and Andover Road as far as the Woodpecker Pub. Would you come along? Join midway if you think it is too far. The Newbury News are interested in covering it so numbers would be important to make a point. Bring signs if you feel motivated enough to make them but the most important thing is that you come along! :) The point of the walk is to "'re-claim our roads", to make the point that we live here and what happens to them matters to us. The access road at Warren Road will bring increased endanger to our children and the route for the extra traffic from the development needs to be planned with thought for the future!
