Nous vous informons qu'hier, la plainte collective accompagnée d'une lettre de demande d'intervention a été transmise au Service de l'urbanisme d'Etterbeek. Elle expose les éléments précisés dans la pétition et est appuyée par une chronologie factuelle et des preuves documentées. Une copie a également été adressée au syndic.

Nous avons en parallèle contacté Bruxelles Environnement concernant la fuite de mazout et les travaux dans le parking. Enfin, nous avons éclairci avec la Police d'Etterbeek que selon le permis d'urbanisme, les travaux sont autorisés du lundi au vendredi de 7h à 19h, et les travaux bruyants uniquement entre 8h et 16h.

En tant que résident ou voisin, je vous invite à vous rapprocher du syndic ou de la copropriété afin d'exiger que le responsable des travaux prenne ses responsabilités, cesse immédiatement les nuisances dans l'immeuble et assure la réparation des dommages causés.

We would like to inform you that yesterday, the collective complaint, along with a letter requesting intervention, was sent to the Etterbeek Urban Planning Department. It sets out the elements specified in the petition and is supported by a factual chronology and documented evidence. A copy was also sent to the syndic.

We also contacted Bruxelles Environnement regarding the Mazout leak and the work in the parking lot. Finally, we clarified with the Etterbeek Police that, according to the planning permit, work is permitted from Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and noisy work is only permitted between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.

As a resident or neighbor, I encourage you to contact the Syndic or the landlord to demand that the person responsible for the work take responsibility, immediately cease the disturbance in the building, and ensure the repair of any damage caused.
