We hit our latest goal and people are talking about it. We have had several news agencies contact us and several more are scheduled to contact us. We have a call with the IDNR tomorrow and we're looking forward to hearing what they say.
We will always put the river first in all that we do. We all need to respect the river and the land on both sides of it, no matter who owns it. We all need to pick up trash when we see it and not get out onto land unless you're at a designated public launch site. One thing this petition has done has made people aware that areas of the river are owned by private citizens and we need to respect their land. Many people probably never even knew that before they logged onto this page.

Our next goal is 7,500 signatures. Help us get there, by sharing with a friend or two. We'll continue to keep you posted on any further developments.
