The Zoning Meeting is tomorrow, July 12th at 9 am (in the Assembly Room, 315 Court Street, 5th floor, Clearwater) to determine if a nearly 5-acre parcel of land between the Sutherland Bayou Boat Ramp and Missouri Avenue can change its current zoning from Residential, which allows up to 25 homes on the parcel, to Light Manufacturing and Industrial, which would allow for the building of a large Storage Facility. You do not have to speak if you come to the meeting, just your presence will be enough to sway the decision makers. Our case is 3rd on the agenda. Please attend if you are able!
