Law enforcement is supposed to protect us under the very laws that we are expected to obey. When law-enforcement breaks those laws, whether deliberate or unknowingly, ignorance of the law is not an excuse. The representative of the county is very aware that I have told her she supports domestic violence. My appointment with her was canceled in October, which is domestic violence awareness month. I know she’s a mom and has a child but she was featured in the paper going trunk or treating and I have been begging for 11 months through email through phone calls for a meeting and I even gave two alternate times. No response. I couldn’t even get an email that said this week is not going to work. How about next week? Actions speak louder than words. I’ve had no choice, but to start a social media campaign with the evidence of the patterns of abuse by law enforcement and judicial systems. Because it’s the truth and I’m able to cite the laws that were broken, I am protected by the first amendment, and I’m also protected under the Americans With Disabilities Act. Going through psychological, spiritual and financial abuse, coupled with a breaking of the order of protection twice within 30 days by the abuser and then the ongoing intimidation and stalking by the neighborhood who is trespassed off my property is unacceptable for law-enforcement to not put 2+2 together. Finally, what judge in their right mind allows and abuser with two violations under an order of protection, a bench warrant , a falsified move out order with lies in it, including naming the deputy who did the stand standby, to enter the home that is in my name with the trespasser being allowed because I was told no other laws matter? Furthermore, the abuser is on Social Security disability and has been digitally filmed as handing out $20 bills for people he hired on Facebook to pilfer the house for his abandoned stuff for months? Let’s just say I did a little digging and it wasn’t too hard to find public evidence that sadly this person who pretended to be one thing actually is something else. This is a pattern of behavior. Broward County 1992, North Carolina 2000, and now this mess. But if you do some really nice digging on Broward County 1992, I discovered things that had I known the implications I would never in 1 million years had allowed this person into my world.
I’d like the answer for why local laws were broken and for the dereliction of duty by Judge Winston and letting this person into my home. Who is using whom and for what purpose? For those who know me personally you know that I have a solid career, I have a strong educational background, and I don’t take it for granted, and I’m still working despite the damages created by the abuser and the county. I do have PTSD from both and I will be unable to return to my home. I have not asked for a dime. But if this is allowed against me, any one of you can have your home infiltrated by the government without being given reason. I owe no one any explanation because my history speaks the truth. There is a very dangerous person on the street in Arizona City, a missing firearm, and his accomplice or flying monkey should be considered dangerous as well. He’s been trespassed and he does carry. I strongly recommend for safety purposes avoidance. The evidence would speak for itself. My final note is that I’ve sadly found that when you’re in a situation like this, you do lose friends because they get scared. You also have people who try and take advantage and profit off of you. And then there are some people who think that just because you’re going through absolute hell in the brain that you need to be controlled. I’m not in a race or a competition to say that one person’s trauma is any better or worse than someone else’s. I also don’t care who you vote for or if you vote at all. If you can’t put humanity first, you are a part of the problem. No man, woman, or child should ever have to see or hear any form of violence, whether it’s physical psychological or otherwise. And until Pinal County can get the wild West and the 1950s discriminatory mindset out of its systems, the county will be in trouble. The violence rating is not good and domestic violence is one of the tops. But I don’t see it hitting the agenda at a state level or county level so being left your own devices and given a flimsy piece of paper and told to carry just promotes more violence. I’m happy for second amendment rights, but keep in mind that there’s a first amendment for a reason.
Pinal County continues to support domestic violence. I’d like to know what’s in it for them. I have speculation. I’m not their target. So why are they entertaining a repeated pattern offender? Follow the money trail. That still does not give anyone permission to hurt an innocent person. At the highest level, that is another form of manipulation, abuse, and lack of morals and values. I’m extremely disappointed in the people I voted for because all it was about was for the people. I guess you need to define what kind of people the sheriff really wanted. Unless he’s being shielded from all of this, and I doubt it. My understanding is that the abuser is on some type of a list. The last time I checked - I am on the list of voters and I’m part of the people. This tells me that my vote never counted.
Shame on Pinal County. Shame on #PCSO. There is no apology that will ever get rid of the damage done to me. I will let people know though that this is not correct. The burden is on the victim and I make too much money for free services and two little money for a high priced lawyer. And nobody wants to touch the case because of this qualified immunity garbage which basically states we can do anything wrong as law-enforcement and judges. That’s not a place I want to live in. If you really want to promote crime and harm against humans, then I encourage criminals and abusers to let the good people out and just go take over the town. I’ve spoken the truth. Protected by the first amendment and strongly evidenced and ignored. Something is rotten in the county. It’s time for the county to be accountable for why they allow us to go on. And by the way, it’s not the first time that in order of protection has been broken against a victim, and that abusers are let off the hook with a slap on the hand. For all of those who have been harmed, I see you. For all of those who ran away and are snitching and going back to the abuser and his flying monkey, they are also known, and you are not above the law. #stopdvinazc
The abusers vehicle is a black faded out 2002 SLS Cadillac. It may have been sold or the car transferred, but the abuser has been seen driving the flying monkey vehicle, which is a red Magnum with a black hood. The owner of that vehicle who is also the trespasser is Chad Lee Hicks of Malibu Circle. Yes, I have the paperwork on his guilty trespassing order. My opinion - they are both considered dangerous. Any business or person should avoid.
