The tenants of 1433 Burnaby st received notification from MetCap Property Management on March 25th 2019 to remove the community garden at the entrance of the building. This community garden has become an icon of Burnaby street. The garden is highly valued by its residents and neighbors. It has become an informal meeting spot for many tenants to socialize and create a sense of community.
