With the commissioners approval last week, we had no choice but to seek legal action-of which we have a strong case. Kasey Sturm at Weissman, PC has agreed to take out case. It is our hope to prevent pollution to our water protection area before it starts. We have the support of local conservation groups behind us-but they can’t take action until pollution starts.
If all 190 people that signed our petition donate $79 we will meet our goal. Any donation will make a difference.
Green energy has to be green in the entire life cycle in order to benefit the planet. It can’t impact other precious resources and claim to be green. Water pollution as a byproduct is not good for the environment or the people relying on wells for water.
Sustainably is important. Let’s do it the right way. Let’s not wait until the pollution starts.
