Soraka was the one TRUE support in the game and it seems shes been altered, for the worse, into an aggressive support who can

A-Not heal herself anymore if no one is around to Q
B-Has a BAD silence now
C-Her heal no longer gives mana either

Her silence is a Swain-like snare now...and no, its not that good.  Almost all ADCs have the ability to get away from its second ability of the New silence.
She cant heal unless she Qs enemies now....  Its just all bad.  You could even use her old Q in teamfights for good use.

Now...pew...Q....nothing.  Its a shame.
I, and I feel that 100s of thousands more people at the LEAST feel the same way.  I feel that others could give a novels worth of more reasons to return her to us too...but this will do.

Please change her back so we can have our one true quintessential healer back.
