Les Mills- stop using music of artists promoting animal cruelty through fur and cosmetics

This era of human greed is bringing the planet to its knees, exploiting the weak and idolising celebrities who seem to care for so little except extravagance. Celebrities  who - with their wealth and power could so easily turn the tide - influence millions of people globally with their actions and who are paid unknown amounts of royalties from corporations such as Les Mills to use their licensed music.

From Rihanna and her fox-fur dress at the Met Gala in 2015 (a previous petition to boycott her music actually brought me to start this petition), Jennifer Lopez, Lady GaGa, Beyonce, Kanye West, Justin Bieber and more all unashamedly pro-fur, to the singers advocating cosmetic companies who test on animals - Pink, Katy Perry and Zendaya to name but a few.

I propose that Les Mills adopt a vetting procedure when sourcing music to eliminate these celebrities from our playlists and in doing so send a strong message that we, the 1 Tribe, do not endorse their ethics. There are plenty of other artists to choose from.

I am only one man but we are 1 Tribe and I believe we can change the world. If we remain indifferent nothing will ever change or it will be too late and our fates will be sealed.

"The greatness of a nation and it's moral progress can be judged by the way it's animals are treated." Gandhi.

This could be one stone in paving the way to a better future. A better future for us, for our children and grandchildren and for all the innocent, sentient beings born to die after enduring a short, torturous life and disgraceful death. The practices of the fur trade and animal testing are outdated and unnecessary.

I resent the fact that even a penny of what I give to Les Mills could find it's way into the pocket of someone whose attitudes I wholeheartedly oppose.

As I say, I am only one man and my research can only go so far so the names I quoted earlier have historic references in supporting animal cruelty, their current views and actions I do not know which is why a suggest a vetting procedure.

Please join me in this appeal. We are 1 Tribe and we WILL change the world.
