To appoint GUILLERMO LORENZO T. ELEAZAR as PNP police general via "Vox Populi, Vox Dei"

Via this premise and principle, "Vox Populi, Vox Dei," "the voice of the people is the voice of God," thus, this initiative and humble PETITION for President Rodrigo "Digong" Roa Duterte to most kindly appoint incumbent National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) Police Director (P/Dir) GUILLERMO LORENZO T. ELEAZAR as the next Philippine National Police (PNP) Police General.

This, we believe is no politics. This is simply our own little way to acknowledge and give appreciation to our "Super Police."

This is our manner of expressing how greatly grateful we are to him. We merely are extending our "pasasalamat" from the bottom of our hearts as we herenow see there still are possible best changes and reforms in the PNP if he would eventually become the Philippines' top cop.

To award and reward him the noblest distinction and most fitting tribute for being "honest" and "the real time protector and genuine servant of the Filipino people."

He is indeed true to his avowed duty and mission as the PNP slogan's depicts, “to serve and protect.”

Hopefully, the APPOINTMENT to the PNP POLICE GENERAL POSITION OF P/DIR. ELEAZAR, Mayor Digong this early shall announce to be able to fully regain the lost respect or restore back the already dwindling or long fading trust and confidence of the public in the police!

The present police general of the PNP is Oscar David Albayalde. He assumed the PNP topmost post on 19 April 2018 and he is set to retire on 08 November 2019 upon reaching the mandatory retirement age of fifty six (56).

As erstwhile deputy secretary general of the Department of the Interior and Local Government - National Police Commission (DILG NAPOLCOM) Press Club Inc. and editor of a national broadsheet newspaper, I (this petitioner) know whereof I speak.

I am much confident that you also would like the "man" to assume the highest post of the country's police force.

Therefore, please sign up this PETITION, convince all others to also sign up and KINDLY tell the whole world why you are as well endorsing him to become the country's "supercop" and take the "shoes" to be vacated by Police General Albayalde.

In due recognition of the impressive outputs of the subject police officer, I, for one made mention this piece (as we pursue the implementation of the preventive suspension of Police Brigadier General (B/Gen) Edward Carranza and his fellow officers):

"ALL STERLING ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND EXCELLENT PERFORMANCES OF THE "GOOD" MEN AND WOMEN OF THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE (PNP), MORE SPECIFICALLY, THE SUSTAINED BEST EFFORTS AND MAGNIFICENT ACHIEVEMENTS OF EVER INDEFATIGABLE, TIRELESS AND GENUINELY SELFLESS "PUBLIC SERVANT" NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION POLICE OFFICE (NCRPO) POLICE DIRECTOR GUILLERMO T. First and foremost, to God be the glory as truth now starts to unfold and justice is afterall seems to be this time not that elusive!

Kudos to National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) director Dante A. Gierran, CPA, LLB and his competent and trustworthy men and women!

Police General (Director General) Oscar D. Albayalde of the Philippine National Police (PNP), most kindly spare the good image/ name and reputation of the entire PNP, thus preventively suspend Police Brigadier General (B/Gen) Edward Carranza and colleagues NOW!

Or to save face, Police B/Gen Carranza et al, no ifs, ands, or buts, you all must voluntarily file indefinite leave of absence NOW, not any moment longer!

Attention: Police General Albayalde, in case your good office up to this date has not appropriately immediately initiated the issuance of any preventive suspension order against Police B/ Gen Carranza, Calabarzon Police Regional Director, his fellow toplevel officials and those others who are reportedly involved in the subject questionable operations in the Municipality of Cainta, Rizal Province, please at least enjoin all of them to immediately voluntarily file an indefinite leave of absence while investigations on the alleged murder of Richard "Red" Santillan and his companion are ongoing primarily to spare the good image/ name and reputation of the entire Philippine Police Force!

"Preventive suspension pending investigation is not a penalty. It is a measure intended to enable the disciplining authority to investigate charges against respondent/s by preventing the latter from intimidating or in any way influencing witnesses against them," is thus the principle.

We already said it before, let us REITERATE and state it again now:
