So I wrote a petition to better strengthen the rights of animals. But the problem is those pesky politicians and the government, failed to take thier action. They just making money for themselves. When the government didnt take action about this issue, I do it just for animal rights. And secondly the Philippine Animal Wefare Society are failed to take their action. We require is to only to more strengthen the law on animal rights. And you replace that Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) because they failed to take thier action and useless. Just switch to the more department friendly, The Departmant Of Animal Welfare Protection(DAWP).
