Gina Nadira Miller and Dos Santos filed spurrious claims wasting Court time and UK Tax Payers money by attempting to overturn the triggering of Article 50 by filing a claim against the Secretary of State (Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union).see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/R_(Miller)_v_Secretary_of_State_for_Exiting_the_European_Union Delays ensued causing the UK Government to continue to donate UK Taxpayers money into the EU despite a democratic vote to leave. Addition Taxpayer funds were wasted by the Secretary of State having to defend his position in Legal fees and expenses. We seek the immediate recovery of all such costs from the personal assets of said Gina Nadira Miller, her spouse and Dos Santos! This should begin with the immediate freezing of ALL assets of the Defendent as security for costs as there is a risk of flight to her country of birth  British Guiana and seek protection from her father the Attorney General of Guyana!
