 CALL ON PG&E TO HELP SUNSET RESIDENTS AND BUSINESS OWNERS RECOVER FROM SF BLACKOUTS!
We, the undersigned, petition to urge PG&E to:

Increase credit from $200 to $500 for each residential household/Increase credit from $2,500 to $5,000 for each business
Provide bilingual Chinese/English customer service representatives to help non-English and limited-English speaking customers with completing PG&E claim forms.  We urge you to simplify the claim form and ease the reporting burden on customers.  Provide a clear timeline for claim submission, review and claim processing.
