Beauregard went for Santa pictures on 12/11/16 and was physically abused by a staff member at the Bristol VA store location. The store associate grabbed his leg where he has a bone tumor (he has histiocytic sarcoma) and when I explained he had cancer she looked totally disgusted, took our picture which is blurry then when I loaded him in the buggy she shoved the buggy hard toward a store shelf. I have attempted to resolve this issue with the store location manager and also corporate all of which have not attempted to resolve this in over a week. 

The local store manager lied via email to someone who filed a complaint on our behalf stating the issue had been resolved which it had not been resolved. Also Santa Claus commented stating he witnessed the abuse first hand.
