Senator Rosemary M. Brown sent a formal letter to Stroudsburg Borough Council acknowledging the significant public concern surrounding the current mayoral vacancy and the Borough’s recent handling of the situation. 

Thank you again for lending your voice to this petition. The concerns raised about the Borough’s process continue to matter, and staying engaged is important.

The next Stroudsburg Borough Council meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 7:00 PM, at 700 Sarah Street, Stroudsburg. Given everything that has occurred, this meeting is an important opportunity for residents to listen, observe, and stay informed.
