We, the undersigned XPENG owners, ask XPENG to extend XOS 6 to existing vehicle models, including all models currently on sale, and replace the legacy TomTom navigation platform with Google Maps, wherever technically compatible, ensuring existing customers enjoy the same modern navigation features and software experience as new customers.

We understand that advanced features such as VLA and autonomous driving may be limited by hardware capabilities. However, we expect core software, operating system improvements and navigation features to remain up to date and on par with newer vehicles wherever the existing hardware allows.

XPENG has built its identity around software, innovation and technology. Yet the lack of clarity about software development plans and the apparent gap between the experience offered to new buyers and existing owners are creating frustration and undermining customer confidence.

We ask XPENG to:

Bring XOS 6 to existing compatible models, including those still on sale today.
Introduce Google Maps and its latest supported navigation features to existing compatible vehicles, replacing the older TomTom platform.
Publish a clear software roadmap explaining future updates, support commitments and genuine hardware limitations.
Buying an XPENG should not mean falling behind in software and navigation simply because a newer model has been released.

We ask XPENG to demonstrate that its commitment to innovation extends to its existing customers, not just those buying its latest vehicles, and to provide a clear public response to these requests.
