Who will discipline ICCRC? the Board Violating Several Statutroy Provisions!

Power to remove elected director Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, S.C. 2009, c 23, s. 130(2): Section 130(2) provides that, “a director elected by a class or group of members that has an exclusive right to elect the director may only be removed by an ordinary resolution of those members”. In this regard, the CNFPCA trumps the ICCRC’s by-law such that the Board’s decision to remove Mr. Dean from the Board was decided contrary to the Act.
The Board’s resolution was approved on March 22, 2017 shortly after Mr. Dean spoke, in his personal capacity, before the Standing Committee on Citizenship and Immigration (“Standing Committee”), on March 8, 2017, wherein he raised concerns regarding lack of transparency of the ICCRC and the Board’s propensity to disregard statutory requirements in their actions.
Any decision made or document prepared against the statutory provisions may have no legal value;
One of many examples of SO-CALLED competent administration and board of the ICCRC injected by CAPIC in the corrupt system.
How can the Government allow such actors to be part of the new system!!!
