The re-emergence to prominence of the Red Shirts criminal artifice has come as quite a shock, mainly to the perpetrators, who had good reason to believe their crimes were well buried.                                                   To the rest of us, guarded relief that the offenders involved in these crimes may, at last, be brought to justice.                                              That it has not happened thus far...
