This petition was submitted to the Board of Directors on October 27, 2025, and resubmitted on November 3, 2025, now with over 30 homeowner signatures, exceeding the threshold under Bylaws §4.2.3 for requesting a special meeting.
To date, the Board has not responded, provided the requested contract with McKenzie Mena LLP, or scheduled a special meeting to address the matter. Under California Civil Code §4925 and the Association’s CC&Rs and Bylaws, homeowners have the right to transparency, access to information, and fair procedural treatment in matters affecting the community’s financial and legal interests.
This petition continues to seek only open communication and procedural compliance — not to challenge the Board’s authority under Civil Code §5986, but to ensure decisions are made transparently and in good faith, consistent with the Board’s fiduciary duties.
