This is one of the Jolly Harbour Beaches that was fenced CUTTING OF ACCESS. 

For 5,000 years communities in this area use this beach for fishing, relaxation and swimming. 

Both the United Progressive Party and the Antigua and Barbuda Labor Party representatives of this area have been alerted to this illegal action facilitated by Jolly Harbour (CDAL).

Concerned residents not only met with those politicians about this illegal and telling action, but also with Chief Town and country planner at the DCA (Development and Control Authority).

Prime Minister Gaston Browne must be the next step. The "World Boss" as he and others have called himself must take action to stop this nonsense.
