Hopefully the new year is treating you well so far. A reply to the letter sent to the DGoH was received by TCC in late December 2025, and although not what we were hoping for, it was about what I expected. It is difficult to believe that the ministry has examined all the latest evidence, when the DGoH quotes a report from 2 years ago 🙄. I was hoping to meet with Mayor Drysdale late last month to discuss her reply, but due to the tragic events of January 22nd this could not happen, so I will be doing so this Friday. My intention is to have the matter raised again before a Council meeting, so that a public discussion can be had about what to do next.
