Today, representing **"Unclog Hinjawadi"** as a petitioner, I (Sachin Londe) met with the PMRDA Commissioner to highlight several critical issues plaguing our IT Park.

**Key Issues Discussed:**
 
* **Waterlogging & Drainage:** Highlighted how rainwater cascading from the hilly areas near the Dolar company premises leads to choked drains. A specific company's compound wall along the roadside is further obstructing the flow, turning roads into rivers and causing massive distress to IT employees.
 
* **The 10-Year Struggle:** Informed the Commissioner that during monsoons, 50% of the road from Wipro Phase 2 to T-Junction (Padmabhushan Chowk) remains submerged. This has been a recurring nightmare for commuters for over a decade.
 
* **Pending Roadwork:** Emphasized the urgent need for bituminization (tarring) of the road from Wipro Phase 2 toward Souvenir Society.
 
* **Maan Road Connectivity:** Stressed the importance of the Maan Road to Maan Village stretch. This vital alternative route to Phase 3 has been pending for 3-4 years and needs immediate completion/repair.
 
* **Pre-Monsoon Preparedness:** Warned that various encroachments and accumulated garbage across Hinjawadi will clog drains, potentially leading to a flood-like situation similar to last year. I insisted on immediate repairs and desilting before the rains arrive.

It is high time the authorities take definitive action to improve the daily commute of thousands of IT professionals.
