21.11.2025: Today there was one more unfortunate accidental death has happened under the RMC Truck. I presented and urged all 4 responsible Commissioners on these reoccurring accidental deaths whose victims are all Women Citizens.

I urged them ADMINISTRATION through following questions:

Requesting you all to schedule an emergency meeting for discussion of any warfooting measures to be taken and stop these sudden accidents. I urge you all please intervene and avoid public outrage that may happen. Daily accidents cannot happen just like that. We are ready to help and give inputs if necessary. It’s so sad ! Developers will have to be held responsible and sensitized of such incidents .We will hold a meeting next week to resolve such and most other pending issues .

Thank you. Citizens are of opinion that Administration is silent on actions. Meeting and actions thereafter will restore the faith in administration. I may not be able to hold them any further since the emotions are now at its peak. We have to handle the situation actively and give a meaningful message to the Citizens who are expecting meaningful actions from the administration. On today's very sad and unfortunate incidence of fatal accident of Marunji Shinde wasti , following legal action has been taken .....

 1.Hinjwadi police registered immediately serius and non bailable cognisable offence i.e. BNS 105 ( Culpable homicide) , 125 B,125,A , 281 as well as  MV Act Sections, rather than old meagre trivial accident sections 304 A .

2.Accused driver was fleed away ,but he is in custody now  ; by detection branch of Hinjwadi police . 

In connection with the same offence , owner of rmc vehicle as well as plant is also arrested now for the offence of Culpable homicide....
