Hi,

Let’s all send email to Chief Minister of Maharashtra for seeking his attention on Infrastructure disaster making roads from bad to worst.

We all IT employees of Hinjawadi, PCMC have seen that their is no attention from pmrda, MIDC, Metro, PWD, Gram Panchayat on restoration of pothole ridden roads in whole IT park. In fact for past 30 days, we have seen that all departments are more interested to work and beautify the International Pune Grand Tour cycling event route. There is an update from officials that all Hot mix plants are specifically designated only for this route road infrastructure which is very very small route in Hinjawadi.

Hence refer below ready email format to be sent to specific officer attention along with CM, DCM, DYCM email addresses.

Respected Sir and Madam,

Subject: Request for Equitable Infrastructure Development and Immediate Attention to Hinjawadi IT Park, Pune District, Maharashtra state

The ongoing preparations for the Pune Grand Tour cycling competition have demonstrated the administration’s ability to mobilize resources, coordinate agencies, and execute high-quality infrastructure work within strict timelines. The beautification and upgradation efforts along the Empire State Bridge–Kalewadi Phata Road corridor—including refurbishment of BRT lanes, divider repairs, repainting, and surface improvements—reflect commendable efficiency and intent.

However, this targeted enhancement also highlights a significant disparity: equally critical economic zones such as the Hinjawadi IT Park and key infrastructure pockets across Pimpri-Chinchwad have not received comparable attention or urgency. Hinjawadi, as one of Maharashtra’s largest IT hubs, contributes substantially to regional employment, daily commuter traffic, and economic output. Despite continuous follow-ups over the last four to five months, there has been no measurable progress on long-pending infrastructure work, and PMRDA’s lack of responsiveness has compounded stakeholder concerns.

We respectfully urge the administration to extend the same standards of planning, accountability, and execution—currently visible along the cycling event route—to vital public infrastructure in Hinjawadi and surrounding areas. Prioritizing these improvements is not merely a matter of aesthetics but of long-term urban mobility, economic productivity, and equitable city development.

We request your intervention to ensure that:

1. Pending infrastructure projects in Hinjawadi IT Park are taken up as a priority, with clear timelines and transparency in execution.
2. PMRDA engages proactively with stakeholders, acknowledging ongoing concerns and providing actionable updates.
3. City-wide infrastructure planning is balanced, ensuring that improvements are not restricted to event-specific corridors but are aligned with broader development needs.
A consistent, citywide approach to infrastructure development will not only enhance Pune’s global image during the Grand Tour but also reinforce confidence among residents, commuters, and the industries that form the backbone of the region’s economy.

We look forward to your active support and timely action.

Your Faithfully,
(mention your name)
