It is great to see that Atlanta has slightly upped its game, however I am sure the contributing factor is the Beltline, Westside Park and some of the newer parks around the city.  

Where are the funds for the existing parks like Bagley Park?  We have seen any improvement $$$ since the 1940's and now we finally have a bond and have to argue with Buckhead Baseball over our small amount of greenspace, quite disappointing.  We cannot even get proper trash cans, signage or picnic tables...

Park Pride Executive Director Michael Halicki said he is “thrilled” with the ranking, but it’s “not time to take our foot off the gas.”
