Thank you to everyone who signed the petition, shared it, spoke up, and helped give our student athletes a voice. Your voices were heard!

I heard back from the last few sports this morning, and I’m happy to confirm that all of our senior athletes will be allowed to return to the traditional Senior Night format. 

This was never about anything other than making sure our seniors received the recognition and celebration they have earned after years of dedication to their teams and to Chopticon.

We are incredibly grateful to the administration and athletic department for listening to the concerns of our students and families and for reconsidering the approach. Most importantly, our seniors will get to experience the Senior Night tradition they have looked forward to and deserve.

Thank you to everyone who stood behind these students and helped make sure their voices were heard. Your support truly made a difference.

Now let’s focus on what really matters, celebrating our seniors and giving them the amazing Senior Nights they deserve! 🎓❤️🖤
