We, the undersigned residents of Texas, respectfully call upon the Texas Legislature and relevant state agencies to enact legislation prohibiting weather modification and geoengineering activities within the state, including but not limited to cloud seeding and the intentional release of substances into the atmosphere to alter weather patterns, temperature, or solar radiation.

We request that the State of Texas:

Prohibit all weather modification and geoengineering activities conducted within state jurisdiction;

Ban the intentional release of substances into the atmosphere for the purpose of altering weather, temperature, or solar radiation;

Require full transparency and public reporting of any atmospheric experimentation;

Establish enforcement mechanisms and penalties for violations of these provisions.

Such measures are necessary to protect environmental integrity, public health, agricultural stability, and the rights of Texas residents to informed consent regarding large-scale environmental interventions.

The State of Florida has taken legislative action to restrict or regulate atmospheric modification activities, demonstrating that states have both the authority and precedent to act in this area.

We urge Texas lawmakers to act promptly to ensure that no weather modification or geoengineering activities are conducted without clear legal prohibition, transparency, and public oversight.
