🏗️ One forged certificate used to build over 60 high-rise buildings (7–18 floors)
📑 Duplicate and doctored documents — pure FORGERY!
🌱 Environmental clearance granted AFTER construction — ILLEGAL!
WHO HELPED THEM?
Corrupt officials like:
👨💼 Prashant Rasal, Devidas Pawar, Shridhar Patankar, Bhalchandra Gosavi, Town-planner Vivek Gautam, Prakash Muley, Vidyasagar Chavan — signed FAKE papers
📐 Architect Thorat Mathew & Associates — enabled the scam from day one
🤯 SEIAA — gave green signal post-facto to whitewash the crime
