I’ve been informed that the Boys & Girls Club may be working to secure a contract for a fence around Laura Morrison Park—one of our most historic public green spaces. I want to be clear that I have not confirmed this with the Club directly. However, if true, this raises serious concerns about public access and decision-making transparency.

➡️ As I’ve said from the beginning: I am not against change.
I am against giving away publicly funded land behind closed doors.

Transparency is the foundation of trust—and that is what many in the community are asking for.
