Thank you ALL for 1000 signatures, this was reached within 24hrs. This is an amazing accomplishment and I am so elated that the word is getting out there.

Currently, Students have been informed on receiving animals on March 24th. This is far past original dates given to students. Unfortunately, this period overall without animals has taken away crucial practice for Freshman and Seniors alike. 

No reason was given to students or faculty about why Mrs. Ashley’s (the head of the veterinary technology department) removal was on Monday, March 2nd. This is how it was described in an email given to students on March 3rd; “While leadership transitions are a normal part of academic operations, I understand that unexpected changes can raise questions”.

Mrs. Ashley had 19+ years behind this program and poured her soul into it. No one can replace what she gave to students. 

I am implore all of you, never stop talking, spreading the word, sharing this petition, and use your right as a concerned citizen.
