Firstly, we want to express our deepest appreciation for your support and participation in signing the petition to voice our concerns. Your involvement has been instrumental in raising awareness and emphasizing the importance of community engagement.

We would like to inform you of an upcoming follow-up meeting with supervisor Dorsey that has been organized in response to our Safety Walk a few weeks ago. This meeting aims to provide an opportunity for us to further discuss our concerns, and strengthen our efforts in addressing the proposed project.
