Paper Petition Signatures 

It has proven to be extremely difficult to have people sign an on-line petition, there will be a paper petition available starting August 26th.  Over 70 unhoused residents participated by signing the petition, however only a few of the signatures registered on-line.

Many unhoused residents don't have access to a phone, internet, and email address.  Hoping to have the paper petition available at Carnegie Library, Insight, and The Osborn.  A paper petition will be much more effective in reaching our goal of 200 signatures.
