Hello everyone,

Just wanted to give a little update on our fight. A group of concerned residents did meet with one of the trustees a week ago and discussed this issue in depth. The trustee did agree that this ordinance is overly restrictive and needs to be changed. They did take a copy of all of the material that we have gathered regarding zoning ordinances in neighboring communities and our recommendations for change. We were told that they would be discussing this issue at the next administration meeting this week. We are still waiting to hear what the outcome of that meeting will be. We are still gathering signatures in the hopes of getting this ordinance changed. As for my family and our "structures", our fight will have to continue in the court system.
