We received an email from Chris Cavallero, Planner I for the township, refusing to grant us a variance for the chickens and honeybees. Ironically, they (the township) seemed to have rendered a decision on the matter prior to actually hearing the issue presented at the zoning meeting. At this point, it looks like our only option is to go forward with this petition and appeal directly to the board of trustees for the township.
