Dear Supporters,
Our collective voice is growing stronger. On November 5, we marked the official launch of the Canadian Blue Rising movement — a national call to defend our water, our rights, and our freedom from invasive transmitter meters.
Watch the launch video here.
This first video also stands in solidarity with the brave Canadians who have shared their stories of water disconnection — people who are taking action to fight for their fundamental rights, protected not only under section 1(a) of the Canadian Bill of Rights, but also reaffirmed in its Preamble, where the Parliament of Canada recognizes the supremacy of God and the rule of law.
Water is a divine gift — given by God to all.
When municipalities disconnect water, they violate not only the Bill of Rights but also the moral law that binds us all: God gave us water so that every person may live. Those who deny it are in breach of His word.
This moment builds on everything we’ve done together through the “Ban the Meter” campaign. From local resistance to national awareness, we are now part of a larger movement uniting Canadians to protect essential services, property rights, and privacy under our foundational laws and natural rights.
Blue Rising means:
Standing up to unlawful water disconnections and forced transmitter installations.
Supporting transparency, informed consent, and safe alternatives.
Ensuring no one is left behind or left in the dark when it comes to our most basic need — water.
Please watch and share the video widely — post it on social media, forward it to friends, and help us grow this wave of awareness.
Together, we can make sure every community in Canada knows:
Water is a Right, Not a Commodity.
With gratitude,
Isabelle Beaudoin
