I wanted to share a quick update. My Recusal Motion will be heard on November 4th, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. before Justice London-Weinstein, asking her to remove herself from my Judicial Review case due to the appearance of bias during the June 24th, 2025 hearing.

For your awareness, I’ve attached:

A copy of my Recusal Motion Record, and
A  copy of my Supplementary Affidavit including transcript excerpt showing the moment Justice London-Weinstein provided the City’s lawyer with a case citation mid-hearing,  something that, in my view, should not occur in a fair proceeding.
