Campaign history was made at the protest against the 3 day "National Hare Coursing Festival" in Ireland this month...the demo, supported by a number of animal protection groups, was first item on TG4 (Irish language) news. It is rare for an animal cruelty issue to receive such prominence on any of Ireland's TV networks.
