As June 30th, the day of the vote on a Bill to Ban Hare Coursing in Ireland’s parliament, well known actors and entertainers have called on Irish politicians to support a ban on this cruel activity. Brian May of Queen has tweeted: “It’s to end this barbarity.” And a series of images captured by actress Rachel Pilkington show the well known actors and entertainers posing beside a poster featuring the iconic Irish Hare and an appeal to "Stop the cruelty: Ban hare coursing".
