The Bouquet Canyon Hills Homeowners Association Board of Directors is writing to formally rescind the previously issued violation notices regarding shed structures within the community. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.

While these specific violations are being rescinded, please be advised that the Board reserves the right to issue new violations if a shed structure falls into any of the following categories:

The shed is in disrepair or has become dilapidated.
The shed is obstructing a neighboring property’s view of the common areas.
The exterior of the shed is not being properly maintained or is being used to store materials (such as food) that may contribute to an increase in rodent activity.
The Board of Directors remains committed to upholding the community’s Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) to preserve the beauty, integrity, and overall well-being of our neighborhood. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to maintain the high standards that make Bouquet Canyon Hills a desirable place to live.
