The Situation:

The recent developments regarding the end of SmartBoom’s partnership have left fans across the world heartbroken, confused, and concerned.We understand that internal company matters are complex, and we do not wish to interfere with private decisions. However, the lack of communication and clarity has caused emotional distress for both the fans and the artists we admire.

Our Proposal:

We kindly and respectfully suggest the consideration of a neutral third-party representative  someone respected by the fandom or an independent mediator  to be part of future negotiations and communication between Grand Ivory , HLN and TaiLai.

This initiative is not about control, but about support and clarity, and we believe it can:

-Smoothen communications between both companies
-Ensure both Smart and Boom’s perspectives are respectfully heard
-Prevent future misunderstandings
