Lesley-Anne will be best cared for by her mother who has full empathic understanding of her daughter's wrap around care and support needs.

Lesleyanne currently lives at a distance from her family home she has a form of autism and learning disabilities that is best served by mainly one dedcated carer (her mother)_as opposed to multiple carers.
