• On February 22nd, at 11am Samuels Public Library, located at 330 E. Criser Road, Front Royal, VA  22630 will host a Public Q&A Forum. This is an opportunity for members of the community to ask questions and share your thoughts and concerns. SPL Trustees, staff and volunteers will present information and what to expect in the coming months. After all, February is “Love Your Library” month!
