Petition sent to MAPPA!

It is early in the morning of October 6 in Japan, and we wanted to let you know a PDF version of our letter and list of signatories has been forwarded to MAPPA Studio offices! As originally stated, we wished to send the results of our efforts to MAPPA by October 6, 2017, the one year anniversary of the Episode 1 broadcast premiere of Yuri!!! On Ice. We received 245 signatories, of which only 1 or 2 could be considered invalid, due to the name that was used. Our original goal was much higher. The resulting document is about 14 pages long - a modest, but satisfactory result. Included with this update is a screen capture of the message that was sent.** There is no guarantee we will hear back from MAPPA. The first information we may hear about "Duetto", or any new official YOI animation, will likely come through official channels or public reports. However if MAPPA chooses to reply and allows the information to become public, it will be you, the supporters of this petition and receivers of this message, that will be the first to hear about it!
