📣 Petition for the protections fair treatment of Thai Artists: Smart & Boom
Le problème
We, the undersigned fans, advocates, and members of the global entertainment community, are deeply concerned about the ongoing treatment of actors Smart Chisanupong Puangmanee and Boom Raveewit Jirapongkanon, and we are calling for immediate attention and action from organizations that uphold artists' rights, transparency in entertainment industries, and ethical standards in talent management.
In recent months, Smart and Boom two rising stars whose talent and dedication have touched the hearts of fans worldwide have been placed in the center of troubling conflicts between entertainment agencies and production companies, with limited or no voice in the decisions that directly affect their futures.
These issues include:
Lack of transparency regarding contracts and project participation.
The release of conflicting or ambiguous statements by the companies involved, causing public confusion and reputational harm.
Concerns over potential mishandling of career development, emotional well-being, and public image.
Inability of the artists to speak for themselves due to likely NDA or internal restrictions.
This situation has caused immense emotional and professional strain not only for the actors, but also for their global fanbase who care deeply about their safety, freedom, and long-term careers.
We believe artists deserve transparency, fair treatment, and agency over their own careers not to be caught in the crossfire of corporate disputes. We believe fans and supporters have a voice, and we are using it to demand accountability.
We ask:
That organizations and legal bodies for artist rights in Thailand investigate and monitor this situation.
That companies involved are urged to prioritize the well-being and autonomy of Smart and Boom.
By signing this petition, we stand united in support of Smart & Boom and all artists who deserve better.
Together, we can be the voice they may not be allowed to use right now
