We, the undersigned citizens of South Africa, call for the immediate disbandment of the South African Human Rights Commission. We believe that the Commission has failed in its constitutional mandate to protect the human rights of all South Africans. Instead, it has consistently prioritized certain groups over others, creating division and undermining the trust of the public. The SAHRC must be held accountable, and we believe that a new, truly impartial institution is needed to uphold human rights for every citizen.

We urge the government to take immediate action to dissolve the SAHRC and replace it with a body that is fair, unbiased, and truly accountable to the people of South Africa.
