​do hereby unite under the shared identity and collective aspiration of the Rajahnate of United Austronesia (RUA), politically championed by the New Austronesian Party (NAP);

​RECALLING the inherent and inalienable right of all peoples to self-determination, democratic governance, cultural preservation, and localized economic stewardship, as recognized by the fundamental principles of international equity;

​HONORING the proud heritage of Bisayan tribal culture and our shared maritime ancestry, anchored on the legendary Karakoa—the majestic native warship originating from Cebu that symbolizes the fearless seamanship, exploration, and warrior spirit connecting our islands across Austronesia, Borneo, and the broader Pacific;

​GRAVELY CONCERNED by the systemic failures, institutionalized corruption, wealth drain, elite plunder, predatory political dynasties, hidden confidential funds, and abuses of power—including botched infrastructure projects and silent martial law—inflicted upon our regions by the Manila-centric government of the Republic of the Philippines;

​Our Vision
​To establish a prosperous, forward-looking, independent sovereign nation anchored on institutional excellence, absolute transparency, a clean meritocratic parliamentary system, and sustainable maritime-regional development.

​To secure freedom and a brighter future for our people through pragmatic policy-making, clean and incorruptible leadership, the abolition of political dynasties (with the sole exception of the Rajah), and a steadfast dedication to national unity and economic self-reliance.

​The Petition Call
​THEREFORE, WE PRAY AND PETITION the relevant authorities, legislative bodies, and electoral offices to officially sanction, organize, and administer a transparent, democratic Independence Referendum to determine our absolute freedom from the Republic of the Philippines.

​By signing this petition and supporting the New Austronesian Party, the citizens of our territories demand:

• Total Self-Determination and formal separation from the Philippines.
​• The Establishment of the Rajahnate of United Austronesia, governed by a transparent, meritocratic parliamentary system.
​• The Total Eradication of Political Dynasties (with the sole exception of the Rajah as Head of State) and the complete ban of unaccountable confidential funds.
​The Reclamation and Protection of Our Natural Resources, ensuring an end to the wealth drain, corruption, and elite plunder of our homeland.
