I want to thank everyone who has supported and shared this petition. Since my last update, the situation has grown significantly more serious, and I have outlined the latest developments above.
What began as a case involving alleged fabrication of evidence has developed into a much broader question of government accountability. Public records now raise serious questions about whether meaningful transparency and accountability in Fulton County ultimately start—and stop—with District Attorney Fani Willis and the leadership of her office.
That should concern every voter.
This is no longer simply about what happened to one person. It is about whether Fulton County has one system of justice for everyone, or a system in which accountability depends on who you are, who you know, and what institutions are willing to protect you.
Even more disturbing, the information uncovered raises questions about a possible connection between fraudulent conduct and the representation or issuance of M.D. credentials. If those concerns are substantiated, this moves beyond prosecutorial accountability and becomes a matter of public health with potential consequences far beyond Fulton County.
The public deserves answers.
Who knew what was happening? Who benefited? Who had the authority to intervene? And why has obtaining transparency required such an extraordinary fight?
Elected officials do not get to demand the public’s trust while resisting the accountability necessary to earn it.
